Brie Baker Ceramic Dish | Purple Glaze | Dip Serving Bowl | Recipes Included

Included is a recipe card with a baked brie recipe & a personal or shareable brownie recipe.

Brie Bakers are roughly 6.5” wide (9.5” wide with handle), 2” tall, and can fit a standard wheel of brie from the grocery store.

Not only are these perfect for baking brie; they’re also great for serving hummus, salsa, warm queso and so much more. They’re also great for personal sized brownies - which is included on the recipe card attached to the baker (they are double sided, baked brie recipe and brownie recipe)!

Please note that every piece is handmade, and there may be slight differentiation in size/ capacity.

All of my work is hand-made on the pottery wheel using a rich, brown stoneware clay body. Once bisque fired, I glaze all of my work in hand-made glazes and fire everything in a gas reduction atmosphere to cone 11/12 (about 2370*F). Finished pieces are always safe for food use as well as use in the dishwasher, microwave and oven.
