All of our work is hand-made on the pottery wheel using a rich, brown stoneware clay body. Once bisque fired, we apply custom & handmade glazes, then fire in a gas reduction atmosphere to cone 11/12 (about 2370*F). Finished pieces are always safe for food use as well as use in the dishwasher, microwave and oven.

This is a gift for my mom who is definitely a plant person. The colors are perfect for her. I always love to feel the pots, because I used to enjoy working at the wheel long ago while my hands were still able to work well. Just feeling the walls of a well-made pot is a nice experience.
