Brie Bakers are roughly 6" wide (9" including handle), 1 3/4" tall & hold about 16 fluid ounces.
Perfect for large or small Brie Wheels.
Please note that every piece is handmade, and there may be slight differentiation in size/ capacity.
All of my work is hand-made on the pottery wheel using a rich, brown stoneware clay body. Once bisque fired, I glaze all of my work in hand-made glazes and fire everything in a gas reduction atmosphere to cone 11/12 (about 2370*F). Finished pieces are always safe for food use as well as use in the dishwasher, microwave and oven.
